The entire filling process requires manual intervention only to attach the filling nozzle to the cylinder valve; the equipment then automatically opens the valve, performs gas filling, recovers residual gas, shuts off the flow, closes the valve, and detaches the nozzle. A single operator can manage a system with 8 to 24 filling stations.
Ancillary equipment includes conveyors, automatic code scanners, empty/full cylinder check-weighers, leak detectors, sealing machines, cylinder washers, and palletizers.
The system enables pre-filling inspections, traceable filling records via unique cylinder codes, and post-filling inspections.
